Before writing my book I had some serious digestion issues. At the age of 19, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. At the time I was exercising every single day, and even though I tried watching what I ate, I couldn’t figure out why I felt yucky all the time. Years later I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and was told that it could progress to Crohn’s Disease because of my family medical history. I am here to say there is hope. I discovered why most nutrition plans don’t work. That is why I wrote the book “Feel GOOD and GET Tough With Your HEALTH.” It took me more than 10 years to write this book and I now know what it takes to resolve your own digestion issues and found many medical studies that showed that many health conditions can be reversed or put into remission by eliminating certain foods causing inflammation in your body.
