There are things in your life that you shouldn’t allow to dictate who you are as a person. You don’t have to be the mistakes you made in your past. Instead learn from them, forgive yourself and move on. Other people’s opinions of you should not matter. The only limits you have are the ones you place on yourself. How much money you do or don’t have should not dictate who you are either. Live in the moment now. Everyday do what you can to be the best person you can be!
It is so easy to get caught up in stress and work and all of the things we think we need to do. It’s important to breathe and take in gratitude. Make the decision to Feel GOOD! The ask yourself these questions;
What is GOOD in my life?
How can I make my life better?
What is most important today?
No matter how busy you are, take time to breathe and enjoy life.
Your day should always begin with gratitude. I have noticed when I don’t have an attitude of gratitude, things don’t seem to go as well. Doing some of these things every day can help you to keep a positive attitude. They can also help you feel happy when you are depressed. Here are some ways you can practice gratitude every day.
Write words of gratitude and post notes on your mirror and say thank you everytime you look in the mirror.
Get a gratitude Journal – In the morning when you get up write down 5 things you are grateful for.
Write down your goals you would like to accomplish in a format that makes you feel good everytime you read it. Post it where you can see it. Read it every single day.
Post affirmations around you that you can see and say to yourself.
The United States Of America is a country without limits. There is no limit to how much money we can make. There is no limit to how many people we can help. There is no limit to achieving our dreams. There is no limit to our happiness. The only limits we have, are the limits we place on ourselves. God bless America.
There are so many lessons in life we can learn. This amazing story is about the world’s oldest female bodybuilder Ernestine Shepherd. This story proves that if you take care of yourself, you can help slow the aging process. It’s truly amazing how one person can inspire so many other people to live healthier and exercise. With attitude and effort, we can always improve on the bodies we have.
“It is never too late to begin creating the bodies we want, instead of the ones we mistakenly assume we are stuck with.”~ Deepak Chopra
Many people don’t realize how important exercise really is. If you aren’t one of those people who think they don’t like any form of exercise, you should try finding something you enjoy doing even if it’s only for 15 minutes a day or split it up into three exercises of 5 minutes each 3 times a day.
Feel Good and Get Tough has a new YouTube channel. If you haven’t already checked it out, there are different exercises that you can try. With exercise you will find you may have lower blood pressure, you may experience better sleep and sharper brain function. There are many benefits to exercise if you are concerned if you should participate in certain types of exercise, it is recommended that you ask your doctor.
The truth is, most artificial sweeteners can be more harmful to you than sugar. Some artificial sweeteners are as much as 20,000 times sweeter than sugar. According to MD Anderson, studies have shown that many artificial sugars have been linked to cause cancer. However, sugar by itself doesn’t typically cause cancer. Additional studies have shown that there are multiple health risks associated with too much sugar consumption. Sugar has its own set of issues. I have noticed how addictive sugar can be. Like a drug, there are so many other things I have been able to quit easier than sugar. I have been weighing out the pros and cons of eating sugar. Here’s the facts;
Sugar can make you gain weight and increases your appetite.
Sugar can affect your mental health and causes Brain Fog.
